How I Can Help: Feeding
-
I can provide breastfeeding support from the day you get home through weaning. Common breastfeeding issues include but are not limited to:
Painful feeding/latch issues, Plugged ducts, engorgement, soreness and/or nipple pain and damage , Breastfeeding multiples , Nursing strike/ Breast Refusal , & Managing oversupply/Over active letdown
-
Sometimes bottle feeding is a challenge & I can help you overcome a variety of issues including:
Bottle refusal, leaking/coughing/choking at the bottle, long or slow bottle feeds, switching bottles & weaning from a bottle.
-
Low milk supply can be tricky. I can help you identify the underlying cause of your low supply and set you up with a plan to help increase it.
-
I excel in helping parents navigate feeding challenges due to lip/tongue/buccal restrictions.
-
Most breastfeeding parents use a breast pump at some point in their lactation journey. Whether you need a little pump support to prepare to go back to work or are exclusively pumping, I can help you troubleshoot your pump, maximize pump output, and make pumping painless.
-
Sometimes issues don’t fit neatly in any category, but rest assured, no matter how complicated or seemingly uncommon your struggles are, I can help!

How I Can Help: Sleep
-
Many babies need support - rocking, feeding, or holding - to fall asleep, and that's completely normal. But if you're ready for baby to learn to settle on their own, I can help you get there gently.
-
Waking overnight is biologically normal, especially in the early months. But if you feel like you're up every hour and running on empty, something may be off. I'll help you understand what's driving the wake-ups and create a realistic plan to get more rest for everyone.
-
45 minutes and then wide awake… sound familiar? Short naps are one of the most common sleep struggles I see. I'll help you figure out what's getting in the way of longer, more restorative daytime sleep.
-
If your baby is up for the day at 4 or 5am, you're not alone, and you don't have to just accept it. I'll help you identify the cause and work toward a more reasonable wake time.
-
Sometimes sleep struggles aren't about a specific problem, you just need help building a schedule that makes sense for your baby's age and your family's life. I can help you create a rhythm that supports better sleep around the clock.
-
Just when you thought you had it figured out, everything falls apart. Sleep regressions are real, and they can be rough. I'll help you understand what's happening developmentally and how to navigate it without losing all your hard-earned progress.

Hi, I’m Lynne!
I meet families where they are, offering real-life guidance to help them on their breastfeeding journeys. As a mother of 2 young adults, I vividly remember the challenges we had with painful latch, questioning if I had enough milk, feeling like I was all thumbs, awkward with positioning and then the challenge of returning to work! I am compassionate in how I care for families and truly consider it a blessing to be providing care at such a precious time.
